This drone picture shows office buildings in Almere city centre. If there is a business district in Almere, this is probably it. It's not that popular as the second highest white tower in the middle of the picture has been built a few years ago and has always been empty. Apparently it is now being remodeled into a hotel. Drone rules are quite strict, you're for instance not allowed to fly near groups of buildings. I wanted to photograph the city centre of Almere from my drone, but it's full of buildings, so I looked for nearby parks without a lot of people (another rule).
