The cemetery of Gesher Haziw

With two days to go we didn't go for a big tour through Israel anymore. We just went to the cemetery of kibbutz Gesher Haziw. The cemetery is said to have the nicest view of the kibbutz. It lays against the hill which forms the kibbutz and gives a nice view of both the Mediterranean Sea and Rosh Haniqra. Lower against the hill archeologists found Roman grave chambers.Some of them are open (and empty) for the public. It's nice to see that every place in Israel has such a history.

My visit to Brussels

Last weekend I visited Brussels with school. Although I had a great weekend in the European capital I did not had that much time for pictures. I really have to go back to see the whole city.

An afternoon in Tongerlo

During an afternoon walk around the abbey of Tongerlo I took quite some pictures. The tower can be seen from quite far away. The walls surrounding the complex are not all in a good shape, leaving plenty of opportunities for nice pictures.
